About us ?

We created Ted homes in 2015.
Settled in Paris for many years and both enjoying good professional situations, we wanted to change our living environment in order to allow our three children to grow up in a quality environment. Serge being from Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, we wanted to settle in his region.

In 2013 and 2014, still settled in the Paris region, we had to face a succession of problems in our second home. We had to manage them remotely, with the worries and the complications represented by this. We then came up with the idea of developing a second home management company, by creating the Ted homes company.

The principle: to save the owners the worries related to remote management and maintenance of a property. Careful and regular visits to your property, key management, cleaning, minor gardening tasks, pool maintenance, claims management... Throughout the year, we take care of your property, for your peace of mind.

And naturally stewardship has led us, on the behalf of our owner clients, to put their property up for seasonal rental and to manage all the logistics: rental, call management, household organisation, on-site welcoming.

Whether for our clients or our tenants, we listen to our customer's needs, and are responsive and committed to delivering an immaculate service.
